Training on ‘C’ Programming

A Five day long Training Programme on ‘C’ Programming for researchers was held under the aegis of this centre at UGC-Academic Staff College, Gauhati University, Guwahati from 9^th to 13^th November 2009 with the objective to make the researchers aware of computer programming knowledge. This whole Training Programme was consisted of the theory and practical sessions on ‘C’ programming.

In all, 26 participants from different corners of the country attended the Programme. The inaugural session was graced by the presence of eminent personalities like Dr. A. Murali M. Rao, Joint Director, Computer Division, IGNOU, New Delhi, Prof. D. S. Bhattacharjee, OSD, IIPCAT, IGNOU, Prof. K.G. Bhattacharjee, Director, Academic Staff College, Dr. S. Chakraborty, Reader, Academic Staff College, Dr. Sujata Dutta Hazarika, Dy. Director, NECRD, and Dr. Anil Ch. Borah, Dy. Director, NECRD.
